Hey everyone! I’m excited to catch you up on what I’ve been working on at Expimatch over the last few months. A lot has happened since my last update, and I’m eager to share the journey with you all. Moving forward, I’ll be writing a bi-weekly blog to keep everyone in the loop as I bring Expimatch to life.

Collaborating with CEMET and Tramshed Tech

First things first, I’ve been working closely with CEMET to really strip down what I want to achieve and focus on the basics. Their analytical support has been invaluable in helping me clarify my goals and ensuring that I’m on the right path. While the support has been analytical so far, I’m hopeful that this collaboration will soon extend into R&D, which will be a crucial next step for Expimatch.

On the other side, I’ve also been successful in securing a spot on the UniVenture programme through Tramshed Tech. This is a 16-week incubator designed to help student start-ups and university spinouts gain traction with innovative ideas. The programme offers a range of immersive workshops, events, and mentorship opportunities, all aimed at refining business strategies and preparing for investor readiness. We’re currently into week 4 and it’s been incredibly useful so far.

I’d also like to give a big shout-out to Richard Lee from Innovators Uncensored for recommending Tramshed Tech. His advice has been spot-on, and I’m grateful for the support.

The Importance of Market Fit

Market fit has been a major focus for me. I’m taking the time to deeply understand my target audience and the specific needs of the market. It’s not just about launching a product—it’s about launching the right product.

I’ve been gathering feedback, analysing data, and really getting into the details to make sure that when I do launch, I hit the mark. The goal is to solve real problems for real people, and that means I can’t afford to get this wrong.

First Collaboration Secured

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve secured my first collaboration with a business that believes in what I’m trying to achieve. This partnership is a huge milestone for Expimatch. It’s not just about having someone to work with; it’s about validating my vision and knowing that others see the potential in what I’m building.

This collaboration will help me test my ideas in the real world, gather more feedback, and continue refining my approach. It’s a significant step forward, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come.

To Develop the MVP or Wait for More Feedback?

One of the biggest decisions I’m facing right now is whether to move forward with MVP development or wait for more feedback. It’s a bit of a balancing act—on one hand, I want to get something out there to start gathering even more valuable insights. On the other hand, I want to make sure that when I do release something, it’s as close to perfect as possible.

Right now, I’m leaning towards gathering a bit more feedback before pulling the trigger on development. I want to ensure that I’ve covered all my bases and that I’m building something that truly resonates with my target audience.

What’s Next?

As I continue down this path, my focus will remain on refining the product and strategy. The next few weeks will be critical as I weigh my options, gather more feedback, and work closely with my partners to ensure that I’m on the right track.

I’ll be keeping you all updated with my progress every couple of weeks, so keep an eye out for the next blog. In the meantime, thank you for your continued support—it truly means the world to me. I’m building something special here, and I can’t wait to share more with you as I go.

If you have any thoughts, questions, or just want to chat about my journey, feel free to reach out. Your input is invaluable as I work towards bringing Expimatch to life.

Until next time!
